EXCHANGES:

1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days.
2. We do not issue refunds!!! The total of your purchase, less shipping, will be applied to a new item of your choice.
3. Please email info@suemidesigns.com to request an exchange.
4. Please specify your intentions for exchanges with your item.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via USPS and will have a tracking number.
All orders are shipped as they are received and if product is in stock. Since our leather goods are hand made to order please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. If products are out of stock we will inform you via email.
Suemi will send you a tracking # only if you request one. International USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Please keep in mind international orders can take up to two weeks for delivery.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
Exchanges will be accepted only if the item is sent within 15 days of the delivery confirmation date.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item of your choosing. If additional costs apply you will be charged accordingly plus any additional shipping costs.
There are no exchanges on items damaged in shipping. In such a case, you must file a claim with UPS. Your item is covered up to $100 when shipped via UPS.
You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Please include a small note explaining your exchange requests.
Please allow 3-5 days for your exchange to be processed, refilled and shipped.
